To save time in the writing of this transcript all communication with Spirit can be assumed to have occurred via the table, unless described differently (trumpet or direct voice).

The circle was opened this evening with a Prayer by Kath.

We were missing one of our regular sitters this evening ‘Doris Forster’ who was away in Austria having Major surgery - As Red Cloud came to the table this evening, his first words were “Welcome, just to let you know, Doris is doing well, we were there.” “Lovely, thank you.” said sitters.
Red Clouds next words were “Good young energy.” this was in reference to our young sitters ‘Tom, James and Christopher’, whose energies blend perfectly with ours.

Within seconds of Red Cloud giving us this message, he had the table up in the air in the centre of the circle - the table rises and falls a couple of times then drops gently back to the floor - “Drum.” says Red Cloud. Each time we bring in a requested item we are allowed to put on the red light torch, and almost every time that we put the torch on, the table rocks as if excited.

As the shamanic drum is placed on the table, and the light is put off, Red Cloud immediately picks up the beater and begins to beat the drum loudly. As the beats get faster Red Cloud lifts the drum up off the table and we sit and watch as it glides out of the circle over Anne’s head to the back wall. The drum then slowly drops to the floor behind Anne - still being beaten rhythmically by Red Cloud. Almost instantly the drum rises up again and comes back into the circle, again over Anne’s head, and drops gently back to the circle table.

Red Cloud continues to beat the drum, first on the top then on its side. Red Cloud then does 360 degrees round the table with the beater, touching sitters fingers as he goes round. The beater and drum are pushed over to me (Terry) - “Are you finished?” I ask. “Yes.” says Red Cloud. The light is put on and the drum and beater are removed from the table - “Enjoy.” says Red Cloud as he leaves the circle.

Our next communicator is Dick (Kath’s Father in Spirit) - “Good evening Dick, welcome.” say sitters. The circle table is immediately picked up by Dick and taken out of the circle between Kath and Anne, then Anne tells us that the table is on its side with the legs touching the wall about three feet off the floor. As Dick brings the table back into the circle, Kath says “He’s never done that before.” Dick then says “Celebrating! Two children and three Great-Grandchildren.” (all together in circle this evening)

Dick then welcomes Christopher to the circle (it is Christopher’s very first sitting, but he was a natural). The table moves again and Dick says “Megaphones (large trumpets).” The table is rocking very fast as the light is put on to bring in the trumpets, and as the light goes off again both trumpets rise up above the table - “Is my Mother (Mary) here?” asks Kath. “Yes.” says Dick. “Hello Mother.” says Malcolm.

One trumpet moves straight over to Malcolm, then travels round all sitters as if to greet them. Moments later both trumpets are up towards the ceiling; spinning round in circles and intertwining with each other as they do so. The trumpets then move out of the circle over Anne’s head to the back wall, still spinning round in circles as they move. As they come back into the circle they separate and one goes over to Alison and taps her hand (this usually signifies that they wish to put the hand inside the trumpet).

Alison holds her hand out and it is immediately engulfed by the trumpet, we then hear, very clearly, air being blown down the trumpet - ‘warm air’ says Alison. Seconds later we hear kisses being blown down the trumpet - “Oh thank you.” says Alison.

The second trumpet now moves across to Christopher who is sat next to Alison, and again we hear air being blown down it, then a rasping sound is heard from the trumpet. [laughter] We put on the red light to take a photo of the trumpets on Alison and Christopher’s arms, and as the light is put off again Alison tells us that she is being pulled over the table by a hand holding the trumpet - “There is a hand stroking my arm and feeling my muscles now.” says Alison [laughter].
Christopher tells us that he can feel a hand squeezing his hand through the trumpet. We put on the red light again to find Alison stretched across the table with the trumpet still on her arm - [laughter]. Tom takes a photo and as the light is put off Alison tells us that the trumpet has been taken from her arm, but her arm has then been lifted up in the air by Dick - “Ok, this is going to sound really silly, but Dick has taken the tissue from up my sleeve, and placed it in my hand.” says Alison. [laughter] Alison then says “And now he (Dick) is patting me on the head.

“Now he is letting me sit down again, much to my relief.” says Alison jokingly. Moments later the trumpet is taken from Christopher’s hand and it moves across to Malcolm - Malcolm’s hand is put inside and we again hear the blowing sound down the trumpet, followed by more kisses being blown down it.

The trumpet is taken from Malcolm’s arm and together with the one near Alison they both rise up in the air again - one hovers above the table and the other one goes out of the circle over to the door. Both trumpets then start to spin and turn in the air in perfect unison with each other - it was like looking at a mirror image of the one over the table. “Is Grandma Mary helping you Dick?” asks James. “Yes.” says Dick with a nod of the trumpet over the table - the trumpet near the door instantly nodded also [laughter].

As the trumpet near the door comes back to the centre of the circle, it taps Anne on the head as it passes over her. It then goes across to Malcolm and taps him on the hand. Moments later the same trumpet hovers in front of Malcolm and James’ faces and we hear a female voice say “Glad you came.” down the trumpet. “Are you talking to Chris?” I ask. “Yes.” says Mary with a nod of the trumpet. I then say to Christopher “It’s your Great-nana (speaking).” Seconds later the trumpet moves across to Christopher and his hand is put inside it once again; he tells us that his hand has been shaken inside the trumpet.

Christopher now tells us that a hand is touching his hand - “Is it a warm hand?” I (Terry) ask. “Yes, very warm, a small hand.” says Christopher. “It’s your Grandma then, she had small hands.” says Mary (seated next to Kath). Pam now tells us that she has just been touched, and at the same time Christopher tells us that his head has been patted, all the while a trumpet is conducting to the background music in front of his eyes.

The trumpet now moves across to James and taps him on the head - various sitters now comment on the fact that they can smell perfume in the air. Both trumpets are now down on the floor and we hear movement behind Kath and Mary - it is the spare table lifting up and coming into the circle between Kath and Anne. “I then ask sitters to move their fingers from the circle table so as not to get them nipped as the spare table is placed upside-down on top of it (by Dick we presume).

Both tables now rise up in the air by about three feet; almost instantly they drop gently back to the floor and move across to Kath. The tables then tilt over to near horizontal position (firmly held together by Spirit energy) and we are allowed to put on the red light to see them just hanging there inches above the floor. Photographs are taken and the light is put off again; as the light goes off the tables rise back up to the vertical position and the top table then moves over and seats itself on Anne’s chest. This table then turns the right way up whilst on Anne’s knee and returns to the circle table, with the legs now facing down on top of the circle table.

The top table now rocks very fast on top of the circle table - it should have fallen off, but it didn’t - “This is unbelievable!” says Anne. As the top table rocks faster we ask if we may put on the light to take a photo - as the light goes on the top table rocks even faster, suddenly it jumps off the circle table - we think it has fallen, but no, Dick has full control of it and it lands half on and half off the side of the circle table…just hanging there, incredible!

“Did you do that on purpose?” asks Kath. “Yes.” says Dick. Both tables are now side by side in centre of the circle - “Why two tables?” asks Kath. “Mam on one…” says Dick before Kath interrupted with “And you on the other?” “Yes.” says Dick. [laughter] Both tables now begin to move around as if dancing in the centre of the circle - I actually say ‘I think they’re dancing’ - “Yes (we are).” says Mary on the table next to Kath and Anne [laughter].

We now put the red light on and take photos of the two tables (still dancing in the red light). Moments later as the light is put off, one table lifts up, turns on its side, and lands on Anne’s knee, whilst the other table lifts up and goes out of the circle between Kath and Mary, back to its original position. We then take a photo of the table sat on Anne’s knee as it is vibrating and pulling Anne from side to side.

As the light goes off the table on Anne’s knee returns to the centre of the circle and communicates “Paper…” “Pencil and Paper?” I ask. “Yes.” says Dick. Dick then wrote a personal message for his Great-Grandson Christopher on the A4 paper, a message that was fully understood by Christopher. “Does that make sense to you Christopher?” asks Malcolm. “Yes, it does.” says Christopher.

Dick then communicated through the table “Malcolm, your garden needs more red flowers.” “I shall see to that.” says Malcolm. “Is red your favourite Dick?” asks Mary. “Yes.” says Dick. Dick then said “I come often, with my hankie on my head.” [laughter] “A knotted hankie?” I ask. “Yes.” says Dick. “I remember Dad, in Scarborough wasn’t it? With trousers rolled up and braces on.” says Malcolm. “Yes.” says Dick. [laughter] “Bye.” says Dick. “God Bless, bye.” says Malcolm and rest of circle.

Our next communicator gave us the name ‘George’, but before I could ask George to take the table to the person he had come to see, two sitters said that they had a ‘George’ in Spirit - I then let George decide, and he took the table across to Pam. “Good evening, God Bless, is it my Grandfather?” asked Pam as she had various family member in Spirit called George. “Yes (Grandfather).” says George. “Thank you for coming.” says Pam.

When asked if he had anything to say, George said “Paper…” “You want the paper and pencil?” I ask. “Yes.” says George. Once again the light goes on, and the table rocks until the pencil and A4 paper are placed upon it. As the light goes off George picks up the pencil in the darkness and writes a personal message for Pam, again fully understood. “Thank you, God Bless.” says Pam - “Was that quicker than using the table?” asks Kath. “Yes.” says George. [It is also a beautiful keepsake]

As Pam thanks George once again, he communicates through the table “You think things aren’t happening (in home circle), but they are.” “Oh thank you so much.” says Pam.
“Bye.” says George. “Beautiful.” says Pam. “God Bless.” says circle.

Our next communicator is young Luke; straight away Luke asks for ‘ropes’ - “Two?” I ask. Luke hesitates to answer… “Three?” I ask. “Yes.” says Luke. The light is put on again, and I bring in the three skipping ropes for Luke and place them on the rocking table. Luke then says “Got a newbie.” (meaning young Christopher) [laughter] “I don’t fancy your chances much.” says Kath to Christopher jokingly.

Once the light is put off again Luke touches various sitters hands, then picks up the ropes one by one and unravels them on the table. One of the ropes is then up in the air spinning round - handles on the outer, creating a wheel of light as they spin. Luke then takes this spinning rope out of the circle behind Anne, and as he lets out more rope the wheel of light gets bigger and bigger, until it is from floor to ceiling; spinning ever so fast now. Moments later the spinning rope is back in the circle, and we have Christopher being pulled over the table by Luke, then his wrist is being tied with the rope.

Once Chris’s wrist is bound with the rope, Luke then spins the other end with handles on, just above Chris’s head, faster and faster. Moments later the spinning stops and James’ wrist is then tied with the rope. Then it is Tom’s turn, his wrist is also tied up with the rope. We now have the rope handles spinning above Tom, James and Christopher, ever so close to their heads, but not touching them.

As the spinning stops, James, Tom and Christopher are all pulled over the table one by one by Luke. They all describe the feelings of being touched by Luke as he again binds them with the rope. We ask for the light to be put on so we may see exactly what Luke has done with them - we were amazed at what we saw. All three boys tied together with their elbows on the table and their hands facing upwards, and a spiders web of rope joining them all together - one sitter said that it looked like a ‘cats cradle’ effect which described it pretty well.

“Isn’t that amazing!” says Pam and Anne as photos are taken of Luke’s handy work.
As the light goes off again we were amazed once more, as all hands were freed almost instantly by Luke (Houdini couldn’t have done it quicker), we were puzzled as to how he did it so fast.
As Tom, James and Chris sit back into their chairs the ropes begin to dance on the table for a few seconds, then they are thrown into my lap by Luke. I ask Luke if he wishes me to remove them and he answers ‘yes’. Moments later Luke is communicating through the table - “Drum, trumpet and tambourine.” says Luke.
Moments after the toys are placed on the table, the drum is up in the air, and as Luke beats it we also hear him blowing through the mouth-piece of the trumpet [laughter].

Luke continued to blow through the mouth-piece as he placed the drum back on the table - we then realized that he must have taken the mouth-piece off the trumpet as the trumpet was now being used as a drumstick and it was tapping on the drum on the table, but at the same time sound was still coming from the mouth-piece - all sitters were laughing now, as it sounded so funny; the noise coming from the mouth-piece.

Their was definitely a tune being played by Luke, but we weren’t sure what it was, so Kath asked “What’s the tune Luke?” Luke then communicated through the table “One man went to mow.” We instantly recognised it and then began to sing along to Luke’s rendition. Moments later Anne laughs and tells us that the tambourine has been placed on her head. We then see the drum rise up off the table and as it is being played, Mary tells us that it has been placed on her head [laughter].

Seconds later the drum is on the floor, then the trumpet is on the floor, and then a drumstick is being thrown out of the circle between me and Alison. We put on the red light and take a photo of the tambourine on Anne’s head, and as the light goes off Anne asks “Luke, are you going to take the tambourine off my head?” “No.” says Luke. Seconds later Luke does take the tambourine from Anne’s head, and he places it on James’ arm and begins to spin it round. Luke then says “Bye.” We say our farewells and then Luke leaves the table.

Our next communicator gives us her name ‘Rose’ - “Is it my Grandma?” asks Mary. The table goes across the circle to Mary and sits on her lap. “Did you hear me talking about you on the way here?” asks Mary. “Yes.” says Rose. “Is that why you’ve come?” asks Mary. “Yes.” says Rose. “Thank you.” says Mary. Rose then says “All these beautiful boys…born for this…naturals.” (born for this work with Spirit)
I agree with Rose wholeheartedly, nothing has phased Tom in all the time he has sat (since eleven years old), and James also. This was Christopher’s first evening sitting with Spirit and it is like he has been here all along, so yes Rose, they are naturals.

Rose then asked for the black card through the table. The light was put on and the card and luminous chalk were brought in and placed on the table - I turned the card over to show all that it was blank on both sides, and then the light was put off. We could see the movement of the luminous chalk as it drew on the card, and at various times we could see, as we do other times, ever so often, a finger covering the chalk.
This evening as Rose finished the drawing a hand could be seen moving across the table. As the light is put on to see what Rose has drawn, we find a picture of a flower on one side of the card and ‘Love you’ on the other side.

As I take the card away from the table for safe keeping whilst I can laminate it, Mary says “I wonder if it was a rose that she (Rose) drew?” The table responds with a ‘yes’ from Rose. “Bye.” says Rose. “God Bless, bye.” says sitters.

Our next communicator to the table is Millie (James and Christopher’s sister in Spirit - Malcolm and Mary’s Granddaughter). We welcome Millie and straight away she asks for a small trumpet. The moment the light goes off Millie picks up the trumpet and within seconds we hear a very soft female voice say ‘Hello’ down the trumpet. “Hello.” say sitters. Millie then says “Hello Christopher.” down the trumpet. “Hello Millie.” says Christopher. “Glad you came.” says Millie down the trumpet. “I am too.” says Christopher.

We then comment on how clear Millie is speaking through the trumpet - “Beautiful!” says Pam. The trumpet then hovers in front of Christopher and Millie says “I have a present for Alice (Alice is James and Christopher’s sister).” down the trumpet. Who’s Alice?” asks Anne. “It’s my sister, and it’s her birthday.” says Christopher.
Millie then takes Christopher’s hand and places something in it, then closes his hand around it. “Oh, you’ve got an apport.” says Pam. Millie then says “Can’t stay, love you.” down the trumpet. “Love you too Millie.” say sitters as Millie leaves the table.
We then put on the red light and find a very tiny plastic yellow cat in Christopher’s palm - Millie’s gift to her sister Alice.

Our next communicator comes to the table - “Thank you for being so patient.” says Alison as William gives us his name. “Do you want pencil and paper - I’ll save your energy?” asks Kath. “Yes.” says William [laughter]. I put another piece of A4 paper with the pencil on the table - with the red light on I turn it over to show that it is blank on both sides, and then the light is put off again. William picks up the pencil and 30 seconds later it is placed back on the table - “Are you done?” I ask. “Yes.” says William.

We put on the light and find a personal message written on the paper for Alison; Alison fully understands it’s meaning. “Marvellous, thank you.” says Alison. Moments later William says ‘bye’ - “Bye.” says sitters.

We have been sat for over an hour now, the background music had stopped and we thought it was time, but no, young Lucy came to the table - “Keyboard.” says Lucy as we welcome her. We put on the red light for the last time and bring in the keyboard; the instant the red light is put off the keyboard is up in the air and Lucy is playing ‘Oh Susanna’. As the keyboard dances in mid-air Lucy plays several more tunes, we all sing along as the keyboard continues to dance around, then Lucy plays ‘Old Macdonald Had A Farm’ - “Thank you Lucy, I presume that one was for me.” says Alison [laughter].

As the keyboard drops gently to the table Lucy nudges the table - “Do you want to say something?” I ask. “Yes.” says Lucy with a nudge of the table - we then hear very clearly, without the use of a trumpet, Lucy say ‘Bye’ in the air above us. “Bye bye Lucy, God Bless.” says sitters.

We welcome Red Cloud back to the table - “Do you want me to take the keyboard away?” I ask. To our surprise, Red Cloud picks up the keyboard and starts to play ‘Oh Susanna’ [laughter] All sitters then sing along to the tune. We thank Red Cloud as he places the keyboard back on the table - Red Cloud then says “Christopher, come again - energies amazing!”

We were allowed to ask questions, and answers were given and understood by sitters.

Thanks were given to Spirit for watching over Doris, and as we closed, Red Cloud touched various sitters hands on the table.

The circle was closed with a Prayer by me (Terry).

Duration of sitting: one hour and twelve minutes.
